Final Sale for Hygienic/Safety Items Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on tumblers unless they arrive damaged or defective.


All Sales Are Final Because our products are custom and handmade, we do not accept order cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.


Conditions for Returns (Stickers Only) We accept returns for unused stickers within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging.

We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
